Job Responsibilities:

• Engage clients as they enter the branch, making them feel appreciated, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.

• Assist clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, reordering debit cards, setting up direct deposits, and updating their addresses accurately and efficiently, all while complying with regulatory and banking requirements.
