Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction & Support:

  • Client Verification and Compliance:
    Follow proper client verification procedures to authenticate identity before sharing sensitive information or performing transactions. Ensure all actions comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

  • Technical and Navigation Support:
    Provide clients with assistance ranging from general site navigation to in-depth technical guidance on more complex digital or system interfaces.


What You will Need:

  • Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in customer service, branch banking operations, or treasury management service.

  • Banking Knowledge:
    Entry to intermediate understanding of general banking functions, including deposit operations, loan processing, and treasury services.

  • Compliance Awareness:
    Familiarity with regulatory and legal banking obligations, industry standards, and operational procedures.

  • Call Center or Cash Handling Background (Preferred):
    Experience in environments such as call centers or roles involving cash handling is a plus.

  • Communication Skills:
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when addressing internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
