Utilize strong internet navigation skills to handle multiple systems simultaneously while assisting customers.
Work in a structured call center environment, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
A private, at-home office space with a lockable door, free of distractions.
High-speed internet connection (minimum speed: 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
Hardwired Ethernet connection from modem/router to work equipment (Wi-Fi or satellite providers are not allowed due to call quality and service stability requirements).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
At least 2 years of customer service experience required.
1 year of call center experience preferred.
Experience in the hospitality or travel industries is a plus.
