Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, set up, and provide instructions on durable medical equipment (DME), including wheelchairs, respiratory products, hospital beds, and other essential items.

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with health regulations.

• Maintain accurate delivery records, organize documents properly, and keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.

• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to protect patients and maintain hygiene standards.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patients understand equipment usage and addressing any concerns they may have.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch to report delivery status and resolve potential issues promptly.

• Assist with warehouse organization, stock management, and inventory tracking to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, ensuring safe handling of medical equipment.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to enhance patient interactions.

• Basic mechanical skills to perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete deliveries on schedule.

• Prior experience in DME delivery is a plus but not mandatory.
