Travel Management:
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, utilizing Bank-supported travel booking portals. Ensure timely submission of travel pre-approvals and make all necessary travel arrangements.
Meeting Logistics:
Oversee logistics for meetings, including invitations, technology needs, catering, and document preparation for management and team meetings.
Database Management:
Maintain up-to-date client information in Salesforce, ensuring that all records reflect current client interactions.
Phone and Message Handling:
Answer phones and take accurate messages, ensuring that all communications are effectively managed.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to the development and enhancement of current processes, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.
Team Leadership:
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the admin team, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
Operational Risk Management:
Ensure the execution of administrative tasks aligns with the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, and AML/ATF Global Handbook.

Additional Duties:

Post-secondary training in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
