Position: Executive Protection Program
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Full-time

Position Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment & Mitigation

  • Conduct in-depth threat assessments and develop detailed, risk-mitigated security plans for executive travel and public appearances.

  • Monitor global and local intelligence to adapt security strategies as needed.

  • Coordinate all logistics for domestic and international travel, including route planning, site surveys, and law enforcement collaboration.

  • Provide security or coordinate support for high-profile visitors meeting with Executives.

• Executive Protection Program & Vendor Management

  • Design and execute security plans for executive events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Create crisis response protocols for emergency situations during executive travel.

  • Develop technical operational plans from interpreted threat intelligence data.

  • Lead complex, high-sensitivity operational projects and oversee success metrics for the Executive Protection Program.

  • Manage contingent executive protection agents: assigning tasks, overseeing training, and ensuring operational readiness.

  • Oversee vendor contract management, including workhour review and scheduling for contingent staff.

• Communication & Collaboration

  • Regularly brief senior and executive leadership on key events and security status.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, Legal, Travel, and Executive Assistants, as well as external security vendors and law enforcement.

  • Provide situational awareness and safety training for executives and their travel parties.

  • Promote awareness regarding key executive security risks, including those related to intellectual property at public events.

• Additional Duties:

  • Support and lead other critical duties as assigned by leadership to ensure the seamless operation of executive security functions.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (or High School/GED with 5 years of relevant experience)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military service

• At least 5 years of experience in high-pressure environments with the ability to act autonomously

• Strong knowledge of physical security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarms

• Experience managing external vendors and contracts

• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills

• At least 3 years of experience working directly with executive-level employees

• Demonstrated success in security planning, coordination, and logistics management

Preferred Certifications:

• First Aid/CPR/AED

• Physical Security Professional (PSP)
