Position: Production Services Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert: Provide expert support and lead the technical triage for problems with applications in the live production environment, ensuring system stability and availability.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Perform SQL/Data analysis, log analysis, and troubleshoot both application and operating system issues to maintain the integrity of production environments.

• Change Management: Oversee and manage the technical change process, ensuring proper progression of changes and issue resolutions within production environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience, demonstrating expertise in managing and troubleshooting production services.

• Highly proficient with Windows and Linux systems, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

• Expertise in Database Technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.

• Experience with tech tools like Splunk, Horizon, Ansible Tower, and BladeLogic for monitoring and automation.

• Knowledge and experience with Information Security applications, ensuring systems meet security standards.
