Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations.

  • Supports the day-to-day maintenance of systems to ensure operational stability and availability.

  • Assists in monitoring production environments for anomalies and addresses issues using standard observability tools.

  • Identifies issues for escalation, communicates effectively, and provides solutions to business and technology stakeholders.

  • Executes standard software solutions, including design, development, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Designs, develops, codes, and troubleshoots while considering upstream and downstream systems and technical implications.

  • Manages release processes and follows SDLC best practices, including experience with Jules and Jenkins pipeline deployments.

  • Provides infrastructure operational support, optimization, and engineering assistance for on-prem, private, and public cloud platforms.

  • Follows processes for defect reporting, tracks and analyzes test results methodically, and maintains audit and lineage records.

  • Supports incident management, follows through with root cause analysis findings, and ensures resolution through coordination with teams.

  • Analyzes complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incidents, problems, and change management in support of full-stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale technology environments both on-premises and public cloud.

  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools and techniques.

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting common networking technologies and issues.

  • Proficiency in site reliability culture and principles, with experience in implementing site reliability in an application or platform.

  • Expertise in observability, including white and black box monitoring, service level objective alerting, and telemetry collection using tools like Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, etc.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Terraform.

  • Familiarity with container and container orchestration technologies such as ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
