Position: Teller
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.); every other Saturday (8:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.)
Work Setting: 100% in office (Category A)

Position Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Engage with customers and introduce them to platform bankers for enhanced service.
Deliver exceptional service in all interactions—resolving issues, answering phones, managing safe deposit access, and more.
Process routine requests while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain transaction accuracy using provided electronic systems and reconcile all transactions during each shift.
Protect customer and bank information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Address and resolve basic customer complaints in line with service guidelines.
Marketing Activities:
Carry out assigned daily planning and service activities.
Act as a digital ambassador to promote digital banking solutions.
Introduce customers to Comerica services, digital tools, and provide guidance on usage, following up when necessary.
Operational Risk:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and internal policies and procedures.
Complete all required compliance training.
Follow risk assessment and operational control protocols to protect banking center operations.
Partnership:
Support collaboration across the Banking Center team.
Recognize customer needs and connect them with appropriate internal partners to add value.
Position Qualifications:
6 months of retail or financial sales experience OR 2 years of U.S. military service OR 1 year of college
1 year of customer service experience
1 year of experience using a computer system, including data entry or online search skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling cash in retail or financial environments
Confidence navigating computer systems for daily operations
