Position: Trust Advisor
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Work Setting: Hybrid (2-5 days in office, Category C)

Position Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
  Handles more routine trust accounts in full compliance with governing documents and applicable legal frameworks. Ensures service delivery aligns with the needs of principals, income beneficiaries, and remaindermen.

• Document Analysis & Compliance:
  Reviews and interprets trust documents, ensures transaction accuracy, responds to client communications, and maintains compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

• Problem Solving & Client Support:
  Collaborates with management to resolve issues such as special distribution requests, fee concerns, or disputes brought by beneficiaries or related parties.

• Account Transitions & Tax Coordination:
  Manages account openings and closures, ensures accurate documentation and asset transfer, classifies cash accurately, and oversees tax reporting activities with coordination from CPAs and external advisors.

• Wealth Planning:
  Delivers comprehensive wealth planning advice and supports strategic initiatives that enhance client service efficiency and delivery.

• Communication & Partnership:
  Maintains regular contact with Financial Advisors, internal partners, and clients, ensuring consistent updates and prompt responses to inquiries or changes.

• Business Development:
  Partners with Advisor Solutions Trust Specialists to generate new business and develop leads through professional networks and centers of influence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum of 6 years experience in trust administration, investments, or insurance with client service experience

• Minimum of 6 years experience in business development within trust or financial services
